See PH360™ in Action:
The Work You Actually Do
General-purpose AI can tell you what a food code says. It can't run your permit renewals or close out a case file. PH360 does the second part — demonstrated in two specific workflows by the people who built it.
Two Sessions, Two Workflows
Each one is a live walkthrough of a single program area — not a tour of everything. 45 minutes each, and one form covers both.
Environmental Health · Spruce
Permitting, Plan Review & Inspections
Thursday, October 8, 2026 · 2:00–2:45 PM Central
Permit applications and fees, plan review, inspections in the field and offline, citations, follow-ups, and renewals. Spruce drafts the review file and the finding — a person decides. PH360 ships with the FDA Food Code preloaded, so the draft points back to the code.
Case Management · Willow
Clinics, Screenings & Follow-Up
Tuesday, October 27, 2026 · 3:00–3:45 PM Central
Immunization clinics, health fairs, screenings, STI/TB, and home visiting. Willow drafts the note, the codes, and the registry report — a person confirms each one before it goes anywhere.
Pick Your Session
One form, both sessions — take either or both. We'll send a calendar invite and a reminder. Can't attend live? Register anyway and we'll send the recording.
Built for Your Workflow, Demonstrated Live
Most AI tools reaching health departments were designed for someone else first and pointed at public health afterward. PH360 was built the other way around — starting from the forms, the codes, and the follow-ups that make up the actual job.
Each session is a working demo, not a polished sales deck. You'll see it turn field notes into a write-up, draft the letter that has to go out, and surface the institutional knowledge that usually lives in one long-tenured staffer's head.
Both sessions make room for the questions we hear most:
- How do we know a draft is right before it reaches a resident, an operator, or a registry?
- What happens to our data, and who has access to it?
- How does a department get started — without a big IT lift?
- How does this fit alongside the systems we already run?
