Background
Juliana McMillan-Wilhoit is Chief Product Officer at F&T Labs, where she leads product strategy for PH360, a modular SaaS platform serving public health departments nationwide. She oversees consulting engagements from data modernization projects with state agencies to strategic planning work with organizations across the country.
Her path to public health technology started in community work. As a Fulbright scholar in Bulgaria, she worked with the Romani community on education programs and co-founded the BEST Foundation, which provides after-school programming to hundreds of students annually.
She graduated summa cum laude from Wheaton College (IL) and holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She's worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a member of the GIS Reserve Cadre deploying in crisis situations, and received the Medal for Civilian Service from the Department of the Army. She's delivered keynotes at the Kansas Association of Mappers and West Virginia GeoCon.
Juliana is a mom of two amazing young kids and wife to Jefferson.
