We Start by Understanding What You Actually Need
When a large state agency was considering implementing Salesforce, they called us first. Not to write code - to walk them through their processes, create journey maps, and really think through what they needed before committing to a platform.
That's how we work. We're not just developers; we're partners who take the time to understand your workflows, your constraints, and what success looks like for your organization. Only then do we start building.
Our iterative approach means you see what we're developing every step of the way. No black boxes. No surprises at the end of a six-month project.
"If you've got an idea, we can try and build it. With people who know and understand what matters to you."
Custom Solutions We've Delivered
Case Management & Grievance System
Built a Salesforce solution for managing cases and grievances - replacing spreadsheets and email chains with a system designed for how health departments actually work.
PH360 Platform Architecture
Our team architected PH360 with deep expertise in public health operations. See how it's transforming work at departments like Sauk County.
Journey Mapping & Discovery
Before building anything, we map your current processes to identify what you actually need - not what a vendor wants to sell you. This saves time, money, and frustration.
System Connections
Connect systems that don't talk to each other. We build integrations with appropriate security and data governance - because your data needs to flow without compromising compliance.
An Agile, Iterative Approach
We follow agile methodologies that keep you involved and informed throughout the project. You see progress regularly - not just at the end.
Discovery & Mapping
We map your processes and understand your needs before proposing solutions. This phase often reveals simpler approaches.
Iterative Development
Working software early and often. You see progress in regular sprints, not at the end of a long project.
Testing & Refinement
Continuous feedback loops ensure we're building the right thing. Adjustments happen in real-time, not after launch.
Knowledge Transfer
We document everything and train your team. When we leave, you can maintain what we built.
Certified Partners Who Know the Tools
As Salesforce, AWS, and Microsoft partners, we bring certified expertise to your projects. But more importantly, we understand how these platforms fit into public health and government workflows.

How much does custom development cost?
It depends entirely on scope. Small integrations might be $15-30K. Full Salesforce implementations for health departments typically range from $50K-$150K. Custom applications can range from $75K-$200K+. We provide detailed estimates after discovery—and we're honest about whether you should build or buy. Sometimes the right answer is an off-the-shelf solution with minor customization.
Do we need to choose a platform first?
No. In fact, we prefer to do discovery and process mapping before recommending a platform. Sometimes the right answer is Salesforce Health Cloud, sometimes it's a custom AWS solution, and sometimes it's a simple Power Automate workflow. Platform selection should follow understanding your needs—not precede it. We're partners with all major platforms so we can recommend what fits your situation.
Who owns the code?
You do. We provide full source code, documentation, and the ability to host anywhere. No vendor lock-in, no ongoing license fees for what we build. This is part of our capacity-building philosophy—we want you to be independent, not dependent on us. We also train your team so you can maintain and evolve the solution after we leave.
Can you work with our existing IT team?
Absolutely. We've worked alongside county IT departments, state CISO offices, and managed service providers. We understand government procurement constraints, security requirements, FedRAMP considerations, and approval processes. We can work within your existing IT governance structure and document everything for your team to maintain.
What public health software do you build?
We build custom solutions for case management, permit and inspection tracking, disease surveillance, workforce management, data dashboards, and system integrations. Our flagship product PH360 is a Salesforce-based platform purpose-built for local health departments. We also build custom integrations between existing systems—connecting your EHR data, lab reporting, and surveillance systems.
How do you ensure security and compliance?
Security is built into every project from day one. We follow HIPAA requirements for protected health information, implement appropriate access controls, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and work within your organization's security framework. For cloud solutions, we use HIPAA-eligible and FedRAMP-authorized services. We document security measures for your compliance needs.
